This show delivers from begining to end, great sound, energy, the band was tight and yet experimental and fluid, all around great show and recording and crowd noise puts you there, love it

It was great to get the show downloaded and onto disc and my ipod. We were at the show, and I recorded it with a small hand held sony tape recorder held at arms length, which was better than nothing. The China>Rider is quick pace as it was pouring and the band had no cover over them. The break was long and they came back when it stopped raining, plastic covering the equipment on stage. Set 2 people were dancing in the mud on the track, it was a great Dead memory. Thanks for real good time! BMW

Editing Bob Wagners stuff is a dream.. REall killer pull He got out of 2 or 3 cm700 omnis with faom to make them more directional patched out .. heres a quote form Dr.Bob!

"This tape was a patch from the rig of Jaime Poris/Jim Olness. My recollection is that it was two(maybe three) Nak 700 OMNI capsules, with absorptive foam behind them to make them somewhat directional. Nak 700 omnis have a flatter frq/response curve than the cardioids. I haven't listened to this in years-I have no cassette deck-but I recall that this recording has earth shaking bass. Check out China Doll, for example.
